QAProviderWhat is "New bug reports notification" control for?
I can see this control at the bottom of the bug report list, and it's turned on for me, but I'm not receiving any notifications. What is this control supposed to do?

Really we have a button "notify about this report". We can press it and all applicants will be notified. And we press it when we see something interesting for other applicants.
We will change this behavior soon so all applicants will be notified about new bug reports. We have to do some tests with our mailing system. Now it will cause some delay with notifications, that is why it is only by request from our side now.
